A 41-year-old Santa Ana man crashed his vehicle into an Edison pole while traveling westbound on Imperial Highway just west of Carmenita Road at 8:09 a.m. Tuesday.  The collision caused a power outage in the surrounding area after the pole broke off from its base.  Two lanes were closed as Edison worked to restore power
