Mark Murad, Esq.
Mr. Murad was born and raised in Pasadena and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a bachelor degree in biology with honors. Thereafter, he attended Loyola Law School and graduated in May 2005 with a Juris Doctorate degree.
While at Loyola, he was active in the Center for Conflict Resolution and the South Asian Law Student Association. Mr. Murad interned at the Los Angeles City Attorney, where he was involved with all aspects of litigation regarding civil lawsuits against the city. In addition, Mr. Murad was a research assistant at Loyola Law School, where he conducted research on issues such as commercial litigation.
Mr. Murad has extensive trial experience in personal injury, commercial litigation, and real estate law and has successfully tried many cases to a verdict both in the civil court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Murad is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Joel Rarang, Esq.
Joel Cruz Rarang is a Pasadena litigation attorney at the Law Offices of Mark Murad. Mr. Rarang has a BS in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA and a JD from Southwestern Law School. Prior to attending law school, he worked for Ceres, Inc., a plant biotechnology company. He started out as a research associate and later became a patent agent.
As a patent agent, he protected new discoveries and ensured that research and development are in line with business goals and intellectual property strategy. During law school he focused his coursework on intellectual property law and business litigation.
He is a registered US patent agent and admitted to practice law in all courts in California. He is also a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association.
